Training for Managers

Managers should complete the Workday Basics for ALL Employees and Entering Time Off and Time Worked trainings before beginning Manager training.

Step 1: WorkLion for Managers

This module will cover items managers will need to view, complete, or initiate in Workday and the WorkLion portal. 

Step 2: Reporting for Workday

This module provides a general overview of viewing reports in Workday. Employees will learn how to search for and view reports, and sort and filter data within Workday. 

Step 3: Timekeeping for Workday

These modules are for employees who are responsible for supporting the entry of time worked in Workday.  

Please select a module (or modules) based on the type(s) of employees you support and your work unit.  In the separate employee modules, you will learn more about the process of reporting hours and submitting and correcting time in Workday for the employee type you support.
